When these points are pressed, they release muscular tension and promote the circulation of blood and the body’s life force to aid healing.

a very low frequency electrical current (1Hz) is applied to the needle to increase blood flow, relax muscle tissue and clear stagnant qi
Moxibustion
application of indirect heat using moxa (therapeutic herbs) and/or heat lamps to warm and relax muscles and energy meridians. Moxa is used in two ways, either directly on the skin or indirectly through a needle, garlic salt or ginger. Direct moxibuxtion is carried out with a smouldering cigar of moxa, which is used to warm the acupuncture point from a distance of one centimeter.
Auricular acupuncture:
Auricular acupuncture uses acupuncture points located on the ear. All the internal organs of the body and the most vital functions like heart rate, blood pressure, etc and also thirst, hunger, etc are represented in each ear. By pricking needles in these regions we are aiming at stimulating and normalizing the functions of these organ
Cupping:
A glass or a plastic cup is placed on the skin, after a burning paper or cotton has been inserted into it. This creates a vacuum, which makes the cup stick to the skin. After a few minutes, the cup slips off the skin, leaving faint red marks. It used to stimulate blood flow and clear stagnant qi.
Reflexology:
There are energy zones that run throughout the body and reflex areas in the feet that correspond to all the major organs, glands and parts of the body. Based on the principle that reflex points in the feet and palms correlate to individual organs and parts of the body, manipulations on these reflexes help stimulate the organs.
